Midland-Ross Corporation ("Midland") brought an action against Sunbeam Equipment Corporation ("Sunbeam") and Robert W. Smith for injunctive relief to prevent disclosure of alleged trade secrets to Sunbeam by Smith, a former employee of Midland, now in Sunbeam's employ.
