By information defendants Moore and Moreland were accused, in counts I and II, of kidnaping for the purpose of robbery (Pen. Code, § 209), in counts III, IV and V of attempted robbery (Pen. Code, § 664) and in count VI of burglary (Pen., Code § 459). In count VII defendant Moreland was accused of possession of heroin (Health & Saf. Code, § 11500).
