Juan Alvarez filed suit against South-western Investment Company, hereafter called S. I. C., for the conversion of his 1962 Ford. The trial court rendered judgment on a verdict in favor of Alvarez for $1,500.00 actual damages and $5,000.00 exemplary damages.
