Lizzie Taylor has appealed to this court from an adjudication by the Department of Public Welfare dated June 20, 1969. She had requested payment from the department for a baby-sitter and for a homemaker to enable her to undergo treatment at a health center for mental illness. The department denied a special allowance for such services.
