BOLGER, J., April 10, 1970.

Thomas G. Morton died May 20, 1903, leaving a will by which he bequeathed his residuary estate to his trustees, in trust, to pay two-thirds of the net income to his wife, Ann Morton, for life and one-third to his daughter, Bertha St. C. M. Gittings, for her life. Upon the death of Bertha, the trustees were directed to pay her share of income equally to her children...
