This enforcement proceeding is a sequel to Betts Baking Co. v. N.L.R.B., 380 F.2d 199 (10th Cir. 1967), in which we sustained the Board's finding that Betts' employees Brown and Mummey had been discriminatorily discharged in violation of Section 8(a) (3) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act.
