Plaintiff is a doctor of medicine, licensed to practice in this state and a member of the defendant New Hampshire Medical Society. Plaintiff's bill in equity seeks to enjoin the society from using the services of the law firm of Sulloway, Hollis, Godfrey & Soden or any lawyer employed by that firm in connection with the business of the society.
