Appellant was convicted by the verdict of a jury of the crime of possession of a drug, amphetamine sulfate. Allegations were made in the information of five prior felony convictions. With counsel, appellant went over the documentary evidence of prior convictions and agreed that he was the same person as alleged, which the court found. Punishment was assessed by the court at six years imprisonment, which sentence was imposed after appellant...
