In February, 1969, claimant-appellant, Robert R. Manning, initiated this workmen's compensation action for a compensable accident before the Industrial Accident Board. A hearing was had the following month, and in September, 1969 the Board entered a decision in favor of defendants-respondents, Potlatch Forests, Inc., and its surety Workmen's Compensation Exchange, denying Manning's claim for compensation.
