The question here is whether Houston Tour & Charter Service, Inc., respondent, is a statutory "Motor Bus Company" in the respects under review, and hence subject to the requirements of the Texas Motor Bus Act, Article 911a, Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes.
