Plaintiffs, James Franklin Sanford and wife, Naomi Sanford, individually, and as next friends of their minor child, Kent Franklin Sanford, (hereinafter called "plaintiffs") alleged the existence of a policy of automobile liability insurance, containing an "uninsured motorist" clause issued by Hanover Insurance Company...
