Three children were born of the marriage; one daughter was born on July 30, 1948, another daughter on September 13, 1949, and a son born on October 6, 1950. Plaintiff, Jose R. Garza, commenced this divorce action on March 31, 1969. Return of service indicates that the summons was served upon defendant, Isabel Garza, on April 3, 1969.
