Following a jury verdict rendered against him on October 1, 1968 and a judgment entered thereon on October 23, 1968, appellant filed a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict on November 12, 1968. That motion was denied by the Honorable Robert L. Templin on January 15, 1969 and the court's order was entered on February 5, 1969.
