SPENCER, Justice.

Defendant had been sentenced by the municipal court of the city of Omaha to 6 months in the county jail and fined $500 for indecent exposure. After a short period in the county jail, defendant, who was 26 years of age and married, was assigned by the Douglas County sheriff's office to the Clearview Rehabilitation Center, a minimum security institution. Defendant walked away from that institution and left the state. He was apprehended at Des Moines...
