Herman Lee Pettiford appeals from a conviction for keeping a dwelling house for the purpose of selling narcotics. A codefendant, John Oliver Berry, appeals from a conviction of possession of narcotics and of being a second offender under an addendum thereto. They were tried before Judge George D. Solter sitting without a jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore and sentenced to terms of five and ten years respectively...
