OPINION

OMAN, Judge, Court of Appeals.

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing his complaint after trial. We affirm.

The facts are:

(1) On March 22, 1957, plaintiff and his wife, as purchasers, entered into a "Real Estate Contract" with Vivian R. Hedman, as owner, whereby Hedman agreed to sell and the Hoppers agreed to purchase two improved lots in the City of Albuquerque. This contract, which will hereinafter be referred to as the Hedman...
