We are again called upon to review part of a continuing controversy between these parties litigant. Actually, this litigation had its inception in 1947 and has been tenaciously pursued in various manners since that time. We had occasion to consider this matter, and the opinion is to be found at 56 Ill.App.2d 128, 205 N.E.2d 519
