The defendant, Emil Bratu, was indicted for the unlawful sale and the unlawful dispensing of narcotic drugs in violation of Ill Rev Stats 1967, c 38, § 22-3. Bratu pled guilty and was sentenced to the penitentiary for concurrent terms of not less than ten years nor more than ten years and one day.
