On January 16, 1970 defendant was found guilty and sentenced in the Exeter District Court of the offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Defendant's counsel excepted to the admission during the trial of a report from the state chemist's office of an analysis of defendant's blood.
