The appellant, age 45, was charged with the larceny of a used Volkswagen automobile. He was found guilty and sentenced to four years imprisonment. The only point raised in his motion for a new trial is the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction. The argument is that the proof established embezzlement rather than larceny.
