The instant matter involves three consolidated actions arising from a collision between a black Angus bull owned by defendant E. D. Robinson and an automobile owned and being driven by defendant Edward E. McCoy. Mrs. Ira A. Fortenberry, a guest passenger in the McCoy vehicle, and her husband, Cromer Fortenberry, seek damages from Robinson, McCoy, and the latter's insurer, Employers Liability Assurance Corporation, Ltd. (Employers), for personal injuries...
