The defendant, Clayton Robert Taylor, was tried before the court and found guilty of robbery. He has appealed contending that he was not tried within the 120-day period required by statute (Ill Rev Stats 1967, c 38, par 103-5); and that his identification as the robber was so unsatisfactory as to raise a reasonable doubt and require a reversal of his conviction...
