This cause is in this court on appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Pickaway County on verdicts of a jury finding defendant guilty on eighteen indictments. Fourteen indictments charged defendant with uttering and delivering a check without sufficient funds or credit.
