Appellant, Fernando P. Bustillo, was indicted for the offense of bank robbery by force, violence, and intimidation in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113 (a) and (d) by a grand jury empaneled and sitting in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was represented by court appointed counsel, pled guilty, and on July 14, 1967, received a sentence of fifteen years.
