Billy T. Scott was convicted, following a jury trial, of the offense of burglary (Ill Rev Stats (1965), c 38, § 19-1). Judgment was entered on the verdict and he was sentenced to a term of not less than four nor more than eight years in the Illinois State Penitentiary.
