In this action, brought by a representative citizen, taxpayer and inhabitant of the city of Henderson, Kentucky, and by a representative owner of outstanding electric light and power revenue bonds of the city, against the city and its utility commission, judgment was entered upholding the validity of two ordinances of the city providing for the expansion of the city's existing electric power system by the construction of new generating facilities...
