OPINION AND ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On October 16, 1969, the complaint in the above-captioned civil action was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. On October 28, 1969, the Panel transferred this action to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on the basis of the prior hearings1 and for the reasons stated in the prior memoranda and orders transferring related actions to that district.
