BOSLAUGH, Justice.

The plaintiff, Ann Plantz, was injured on February 15, 1967, when her clothing caught fire while she was standing next to a wall heater in an apartment in Fremont, Nebraska. The property was owned by the defendant Herbert J. Armbrust. The wall heater had been serviced by the defendant Lambert Coufal, an employee of the defendant Ray O. Buckridge.
