POWERS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment entered pursuant to a Superior Court justice's decision that on the established facts and the applicable law the petitioner for said judgment is an additional insured within the meaning of a policy of insurance issued by the defendant New Hampshire Insurance Company to Ralph's Oil Co., Inc., a Rhode Island corporation, as the named insured.
