JACKSON, Justice.

This is an original proceeding for the review of an order of the State Industrial Court denying claimant an award under the death benefits provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Law.

Claimant's decedent was her husband, J.W. King. For about 17 years he had been an employee or superintendent for the respondent, Honegger Construction Company, which was engaged in highway construction.
