Mathias, J.) erred in holding that the appellant, Harry Berenter, Inc., could not enforce a mechanic's lien for $12,976.54 plus interest, upon the home property of the appellees, Philip G. Berman and Toby Berman, his wife, defendants below, because the appellant was not licensed pursuant to the Maryland Home Improvement...
