Plaintiff commenced this action by the filing of a complaint in divorce a.v.m. on November 13, 1967, alleging indignities. On March 22, 1968, defendant filed an answer with a counterclaim for divorce a mensa et thoro on the ground of indignities. On March 21, 1968, a master was appointed to hear the testimony and to make report to the court. On January 20, 1969, with leave of court, plaintiff filed an amended complaint, alleging desertion...
