Appellant was charged by affidavit with the crime of first degree burglary to which he plead not guilty. Trial by jury resulted in a verdict of guilty as charged and appellant was sentenced to the Indiana State Prison for a period of not less than ten (10) nor more than twenty (20) years and costs.
