Defendant was tried and convicted by jury on August 16, 1968, of the crime of breaking and entering. MCLA § 750.110 (Stat Ann 1970 Cum Supp § 28.305). Before trial defendant challenged the array of the jury on the ground that it was illegally impaneled. The trial court denied the challenge after a hearing. Defendant appeals this decision and requests a new trial.
