HEDRICK, Judge.

All of the appellant's assignments of error relate to the judge's instructions to the jury on the issue of contributory negligence.

First, the appellant contends that the court failed to properly instruct the jury as to the legal duty of a motorist entering an intersection on a green light.

In this respect, Judge Carr instructed the jury as follows:

"The law requires a driver to exercise due care in entering an intersection...
