Plaintiff instituted this suit for damages resulting from an intersectional automobile collision against the owner-driver of the other vehicle involved. Defendant answered, denying negligence on his part, averring the sole proximate cause of the accident was the negligence of plaintiff, and alternatively pleading contributory negligence.
