The reason for the filing of the present account is the death of William Evans Holloway, life tenant, on December 3, 1968, whereupon, under the terms of the will of testator, the trust terminated. Letters testamentary are stated to have been granted Adrienne G. Holloway by the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles.
