Defendant corporation filed a complaint under GCR 1963, 908 against the attorney for plaintiffs, Kenneth G. Prettie, charging that Prettie could not properly represent the plaintiffs in this case under the Canons of Professional Ethics due to his prior relationships with defendant corporation...
