THOMPSON, Justice.

This is a suit to recover six months severance pay claimed by the plaintiffs, Eckenweiler, Robinson, Asher and Cuilla, to be due under an oral contract of employment with the defendant Loma Linda University. The district court entered judgment for the plaintiffs in the amounts of $15,000, $8,400, $5,400 and $4,800 respectively, with interest and costs.
