This appeal presents for review only the amount of a judgment entered on a jury's verdict in a wrongful death action. (Appellee was plaintiff in the trial court and appellant was the defendant.) The only issues submitted to the jury were those bearing on damages, the court having directed a verdict in favor of the plaintiff on the liability issue.
