Defendant appeals as of right his jury conviction of arson.1 He argues to this Court that physical evidence utilized by the prosecutor during both the waiver hearings in juvenile court and the trial in circuit court were inadmissible. Defendant also contends that the trial judge abused his discretion by imposing an excessively harsh sentence.
