This case involves a claimed easement of a trail road traversing plaintiff's land to defendants' land. The litigants own parcels of land which adjoin each other. Defendants' land lies north and east of plaintiff's property. There is a 50-or-more-year-old trail road that enters from the south end of plaintiff's club property travelling northeasterly across a bridge and creek to defendants' land, thence north across defendants' property turning westerly...
