In this personal injury suit, plaintiffs appeal from the trial court's judgment on the merits in favor of defendant, dismissing plaintiffs' suit.

Defendant moved to dismiss plaintiffs' appeal, based on the absence from the record of the trial judge's order that the plaintiffs be allowed to file this suit in forma pauperis, and the resulting failure of plaintiffs to perfect their devolutive appeal by the timely filing of an appeal bond.
