Defendant was charged with driving his automobile when his license had been revoked by the Motor Vehicle Commissioner pursuant to Title 21, Del.C. § 2746. The defendant's license had been revoked because he was convicted before a Justice of the Peace of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, in violation of 21 Del.C. § 4176(a).
