Hussey and others, residents and owners of certain lots situated in the Hussey Addition, Unit No. 1, to the town of Winona, Texas, brought suit against Appellee, J. B. Ray, seeking an injunction against appellee enjoining him from maintaining a mobile home upon one of the lots in said subdivision.
