The plaintiff below, Mrs. Adair Mattox, age 26, was injured when she walked into a sliding glass door at a Howard Johnson Motor Lodge located at 3280 U.S. Highway 51 S. in Memphis, Tennessee, on the night of July 30, 1965. The jury awarded the plaintiff a judgment of $5,000. Judgment was entered on the verdict and the defendants have appealed in error.
