This action involves the expropriation of a temporary servitude to permit a detour route during the period of construction of an interchange at the intersection of Greenwell Springs Road and the Airline Highway in the City of Baton Rouge. Suit was initially filed against the owner (Cefalu) on January 6, 1966. However, it was discovered that on December 14, 1965, Cefalu had leased the subject property to OCE Corporation (OCE) for a term of forty years...
