This is an action for personal injuries brought by the plaintiff-appellee against the defendant-appellant (railroad) arising out of the collision of a truck and a freight train at a crossing in Lake County inside the United States Steel Plant on August 3, 1964. The plaintiff, a plant employee, was a passenger in the truck, being transported within the plant in the course of his employment.
