PER CURIAM.

The respondent in this case, Abraham Glasgow, was convicted of arson in the Criminal Court of Knox County. The Court of Criminal Appeals set aside the conviction, a majority of that Court holding that "the judge failed to comply with [our] statute requiring a written waiver of counsel * * * as well as the statute for determining indigency."
