The instant suit was brought to recover for injuries suffered by Kenneth McCarty, a minor, in a pedestrian-automobile accident. At the close of plaintiff's proofs below, the defendants moved for and were granted a directed verdict. Plaintiff moved to have the directed verdict set aside and appeals following the denial of that motion.
